Meet & Greet

You'll have a telephone screening with a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to learn more about Enerpoly, the role, and of course, so we can get to know you.

Interviews & Case Study

In the first interview, you'll meet with a member of the TA Team and your potential Team Lead.

The second interview will include a testing session or presentation of a pre-prepared case study with a member of the TA Team and the hiring manager.

References & Background Check

We'll conduct a digital background check. You can be sure that this process is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy and information security.
